Each of us arrived with different strengths and experiences, but we were united by a shared respect for ingredients and an uncompromising standard for quality. We were never interested in shortcuts, premixes, or mass production. We set out to build something personal, intentional, and proudly handcrafted.

Each cake, dessert tub, pastry bar, and plated creation is made fresh to order, in small batches, allowing us complete control over texture, flavour, and presentation. We do not mass-produce.
